Auction Necklace

Has anyone used eBay Stores… How reliable and easy to use it is?

I want to open an eBay store for my merchandise.. Mostly Semi-precious jewelley beads and necklaces…Also will be including Silver and Gold Findings…

I am interested in selling them online… so I want to see how they stack up in selling on eBay…

Have anyone of you sold stuff on eBay store/auction and how sucessful were you… were you happy with eBay.. I know there are millions of deals going on but any specific problems you encountered? somehting you really liked it well compared to other stores like Yahoo, Bidz, or Amazon or other sites like that?

Ebay is a great way to sell items, especially small items like jewelry where weight is ot such anissue for shipping.

However, jewelry items through the net will require your customers to have a high level of trust in you before they will buy. Trust on Ebay is created by the feedback system. Until you have a score of at least 50, I would suggest you be careful with listing too many items or building a storefront. Ebay listing fees will eat you alive long before you can build enough feedback to sell jewelry profitably.

You can build feedback scores by buying and selling on Ebay. One way to get quick feedback points is to buy ebooks, all for less than$1 each. Search for and buy only products that use paypal, that way you can make instant “buy now” purchases and see a positive feedback on your record almost immediately.
